Design it

We want your journey to be smooth right up until your asset is vested – and that starts with gaining technical approval.  Our pumping station design is pre-approved by Scottish Water, guaranteeing your project can get off the ground without delay. Through our partnership with Xylem Water Solutions, you’ll benefit from exclusive use of their Flygt Concertor pumping system with integrated intelligence.  Alongside its patented energy minimiser technology, you’ll also be making financial and carbon savings.  Unplanned maintenance for example is reduced by Xylem’s clog detection and pipe cleaning features which, in turn, reduces operational incidents that would usually need to be resolved on site. This reduces transport miles and subsequent vehicle emissions – another big boost to your green credentials. 

Before commencing design, we analyse any potential risks from the outset to ensure we provide detailed costs that reflect the works required to successfully vest your pumping station.  This minimises the in contract variations and ensures outturn cost certainty.

Build it

We will build your pumping station under a single civils, mechanical and electrical works package, which includes the wetwell, valve chamber, kiosk and control panel.  If required, we can also construct the rising main and complete the pumping station compound finishes too.

Your dedicated point of contact will coordinate and oversee the construction of your project – freeing up your time and giving you confidence in the quality of the end product.  We’ll keep you in the loop with regular progress updates.

Vest it

When you reach the point of Scottish Water’s vesting process, we’ll be right there with you ensuring it’s hassle-free right to the end.  We can help you provide the necessary build documentation, assist as you set up site inspections and answer any queries you may have along the way.

We also include our brand-new 24-month Operation and Maintenance service to give you added peace of mind while you’re awaiting vesting.
