Our first priority is to protect the health, safety and wellbeing of our customers, partners and our people.
In line with government guidance, we are gradually making changes to our operational services to ensure we continue to protect public health and limit potential spread of the virus.
We will continue to review this situation regularly and support you through this critical time.
We have closed all of our construction sites, including the work we provide to the developer community. Work that has ceased temporarily also includes site investigations that are within the scope of design contracts as well as flow and pressure tests.
Services that can be carried out remotely such as design work, and water and drainage impact assessments are continuing as normal.
We are working with our supply chain partners to ensure that, once we receive advice from the government, we can restart work on site with minimal delay.
Food waste recycling
To protect those who come to site, we have introduced practical measures to ensure interaction with our site operators is kept to an absolute minimum. This includes appropriate hygiene practice and restricting the handover of onsite paperwork.
We are also restricting the number of people on site at any one time. This impacts on the management of our weighbridge system and opening hours:
Monday-Friday: 07.00 – 17.00
Saturday: 08.00 – 17.00
With the exception of these changes, our food waste recycling business continues to operate as normal.
We have temporarily ceased operations at our Water and Waste Water Development Centres in Gorthleck and Bo’ness.
If you’d like to discuss upcoming or future trials we’d be delighted to discuss these with you. Please bear in mind that as our testing facilities are currently closed, there will be a delay in bringing new trials to site.
Thank you for your patience and understanding.
